She's 6!

I still need to go back and post the last two months of our lives, but I wanted to make sure I posted about Baby Girl's birthday.  She's obviously not a baby anymore :-), but she'll always be the baby girl!  Her birthday was on Wednesday and we spent the morning at the park and the zoo with a friend, then we went to lunch with Daddy.  We celebrated with a party on Saturday.  She had a gymnastics theme and we did an obstacle course outside and then decorated leotards inside.

Our girl LOVES gymnastics.  She is constantly flipping and doing cartwheels.  She doesn't stay in one place very long.  She's so full of energy that I have a hard time getting her to sit for any length of time to do school, but she's coming along in her reading and her handwriting.  Both seemed a little slow at first, but she is getting a lot better.  She loves to help me in the kitchen and with cleaning.  She has her first loose tooth which she noticed the day after her birthday.

    So glad Baby Girl had a great birthday and birthday party. It is hard to believe she is already 6. Time goes by too fast. Loved all the pictures and the 2 past postings which I just caught up with. :-) Thanks so much for sharing it all. I know it takes a lot of time.

    Oh my goodness, what fun you all must have had at the birthday party. they all look like they were enjoying themselves. Glad to see what a great time our little girl was having.Love the gold medals, and the cupcakes look yummy too. Thank you Jessica for sharing. Love to all
