First Christmas

We took Baby Boy to the doc today for his first post hospital check-up.  He was down to 8lbs even which is fine.  He just needs to be back up to his birthweight by his next visit, which is next Friday.  The doc was concerned about jaundice because the whites of his eyes are a little yellow and you can see it in his skin as well, so we had to take him to the hospital lab to have his bilirubin level checked and the results came back ok. We don't need to take any action at this point except to keep him fed and getting sunlight as much as possible.

    All the pictures are so sweet!!! Love them all!!! So thankful his levels came back okay. So glad the kids are enjoying their brother so much. He does look so precious and peaceful in the last picture. Thanks for sharing all the wonderful pictures!

    Love all the pictures of the kiddos !! They do love their baby brother. They look so cute holding him. Glad and thankful you are both doing so well. What a treasure our new addition is to our family.
