Under Contract

God is so good! We got our house on the market Tuesday, had one showing Tuesday, three showings Wednesday, and two contracts Wednesday night! We negotiated and settled on an offer last night. We didn't even have to come down on our price. They are willing to pay our asking price. So Lord willing within the next 45 days, our house will be sold! Please continue to pray that things will go smoothly with the inspection and that the house will appraise for at least the contract price.

    We will pray that everything will go well with the selling of your house. I know without a doubt God was in all these new plans of yours. Houses do not sell that fast without God's blessings. Congratulations and we will continue to pray!! :)
