It's a ....
I went to the doctor today expecting to have the full ultrasound done, but because of my age (now crossing into the higher risk age category at the old age of 35), the doctor recommended going to a high risk OB to have a Level II ultrasound. They only do Level I ultrasounds at my OB's office (which is not nearly as in depth as a Level II). But they did say they would do a quick scan and let us know the gender today if we wanted. Of course, we had to find out! So are you ready??? Well, here's a hint - this baby makes things a little more even in our family. Yes, you're right! It's a boy! Our boy will have a brother! We are very excited. The ultrasound tech did a quick scan and told us that she didn't see anything of concern, but we'll know better in a couple weeks when I have the Level II ultrasound done.
