Baby Girl is getting brave. Just this week she has started to let go of things while standing and stands balanced for several seconds before either grabbing hold of something or sitting. She also cruises well along furniture. She's just so strong! Now to wait and see how long before she takes those first steps. Could be another month or two down the road, but she's definitely strengthening her muscles in preparation.
Another thing she's doing now is blowing. I sometimes blow lightly on the top of her head to make her hair stand up (although it's never needed help with that) and just the other day she blew back in my face. So we took turns for a little while. It's neat to see how she imitates or at least tries to imitate what we do now. The latest thing we're trying to get her to do is clap. She loves to watch us clap, but hasn't caught on to the motion yet. It will come in time.

She definitely is making quite the progress these days! It seems like she is doing so many things all at once. I noticed how she really likes clapping, too. She'll probably be doing that real soon.
